Treatment Descriptions New Patient Appointment- 90 minutes.

The initial treatment includes an extensive Intake, health history, and health assessment, along with acupuncture (and additional modalities if needed). We will discuss goals and create a treatment plan to move forward and get you feeling great!

Follow-up Appointment- 60 minutes.

This appointment is for established patients to come back and continue care. It includes a brief health intake, acupuncture, and any other modalities needed. There will be time to check back in with the treatment plan, herbal remedies, or any more health goals and changes that arise.

30-Minute Cupping Session:

This is a great option if you are short on time, or just want to come in for a quick health "tune-up". This appointment will include a quick interview, cupping therapy, and an herbal massage. Cupping is great for pain relief, GI issues, respiratory health, or relaxation! And it feels so good! It can be a stand-alone treatment or an add-on to a pelvic steam.

Herbal Pelvic Steam Packages- 45 minutes.

Herbal pelvic steaming is ideal for many conditions related to women’s physical, spiritual, and mental health. Sessions are available in the office and customized for your needs!
