If you are a professional Massage Therapist, Body worker or Acupuncturist, you know the importance of keeping your body healthy and happy while you are working. We want to make sure that while we are assisting other people to achieve better states of health we are keeping ours in mind!
It is very important to have a high quality, comfortable, and ergonomic treatment table for you and your patients. I have complied a list of the best treatment tables below.
Best Treatment Tables
Earthlite Spirit - This is the table that I use within my practice. I love the durability, comfort and materials of this table. Earthlite uses “eco-friendly” materials and has a plush and sturdy feel. All of the tables they make are very high quality, I personally love the look of the wooden legs and opted for a “portable” style table. I like that I can fold the table into a neat package if I ever need to clear space in my clinic for workshops or to make space. It comes in 13 colors and three widths. I opted for the widest table of 32”, but if space is limited it is also available in 28 or 30 inches. The package comes with an adjustable face cradle/pillow and storage case. It also has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame and construction and a 3-year warranty on the foam and upholstery.
Earthlite Everest Tilt Hydraulic Table- This table is a bit more expensive, but is the cream of the crop! The hydraulic lift makes it more acesible to varing body types, abilities and ages. If you do decide to get a lifted table most purches are eligible for a 50% tax credit, in addition to being able to write off the other 50% as a business expense. An extra plus is that It makes your business more accessible under the American Disability Act and your practice more accessible to altered abled individuals.
Robert Hunter- Is a Portland local manufacturer of high quality treatment tables, which are fully manufactured in the United States. The Columbia table has a wider profile which not only makes it more comfortable but better in accommodating all body sizes. Since this is a smaller manufacturer you are able to custom build your tables- padding, plywood thickness, size and colors. These tables come in two different types of vinyl coverings with ten various colors to choose from.
What other tables are you using? Let me know Im super interested to hear about your experiences!
